If a caller is not recognised by UniDesk, you can create a new person card. Please make sure to check as thoroughly as possible for an existing record before creating a new one, as duplicates can be confusing.
To do this, click the TOPdesk menu from the top left of the screen and navigate to New → Supporting Files → Person.
The new person screen will open in a new tab.
The fields in red are mandatory. It may be useful to complete some of the other fields, especially first name, email, and network login name.
To save the person card, press “Save“.
