The UniDesk environments are based on your authentication credentials. To log in as an Operator to work in the system to log calls for other users or to process or resolve calls, problems or changes, select “Operator Login” on the main screen.

UniDesk LIVE environment:

UniDesk TEST environment:

https://test.institution.unidesk.ac.uk

To log calls for which you are the user, select “Use Self-Service Portal“
